Josiah joined the Lancaster Prefinishing team as Shop Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2025. He provides strategic oversight and leadership to the entire team, playing a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality products and service.
Katina Coblentz
Office Manager
Katina joined the team in 2023. With a strong background in administrative work and customer service, she helps ensure everything runs smoothly. Katina serves as HR Manager, supporting our staff, and as Finance Manager, assisting customers and overseeing financial processes.

Nate joined Lancaster Prefinishing’s team in 2024. He worked in the paint industry for over 10 years, bringing years of knowledge and experience to our team. Nate works closely with our customers and distributors, focusing on customer service and building lasting relationships.

Maddison joined Lancaster Prefinishing’s team in 2022. Maddison brings a diverse background in management and customer relations. She handles the proposals and invoices, aides our salesmen and much more. Her role in Lancaster Prefinishing is key in helping our production run smoothly.
